Don’t get me wrong, it is totally doable. Just make sure you are keeping yourself busy and preferably not at home. Sitting trying to work, draw and write makes me just want to snack, snack, snack! Although snacking is totally acceptable and mandatory on this cleanse but I am afraid I am snacking too much. Granted I am just snacking on carrots, celery and nuts, but maybe too much? I don’t know. After 5 full days (and a fun-size Snickers bar) of doing the cleanse, my skin is clearing up, my mind doesn’t seem so foggy, and I feel more confident and comfortable in my sassy body. So that’s really great progress, and because of that I am convincing Ory to take me out for a fat salad for dinner, hopefully with some grilled fish, mmmmmmmm. By the way this is totally allowed on the modified cleanse, so why can I not have a modified day? Treat-Yo-Self…with salad…hahahaaaaa.

For all of these smoothies the directions are the same. Place leafy greens into blender and blend until mixture is a green juice-like consistency. Stop blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy. Add more water if needed.
If using a smaller blender like a NutriBullet you will have to blend your smoothie in a few batches. No biggie, it’s what I do.
